5. Payments and Razorpay

Zurk Biz may use Razorpay or another authorized payment service provider to process subscription payments.

When a payment is made, certain transaction information may be exchanged with the payment provider to create, verify and record the transaction. Zurk Biz may retain payment identifiers, order identifiers, payment status, amount and related transaction records necessary for subscription management, reconciliation, security and record keeping.

We do not require users to provide payment card credentials directly to Zurk Biz when those credentials are collected directly through the payment provider's secure checkout.
