These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of Zurk Biz, including its website, application and related business-management services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for, accessing or using Zurk Biz, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the service.
2. About Zurk Biz
Zurk Biz is a business-management platform powered by Zurk. It provides tools that may include billing, inventory, purchases, sales, returns, expenses, customer and supplier records, ledgers, reports, staff access and related business functions.
Features may be added, changed, improved or discontinued as the service develops.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and reasonably current information when creating and maintaining a Zurk Biz account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity performed through accounts under your control.
You must notify us if you reasonably believe your account has been accessed or used without authorization.
4. Business Data and Records
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality and appropriateness of business information and records you enter into Zurk Biz.
This may include products, inventory, invoices, sales, purchases, expenses, customers, suppliers, staff information, ledger entries and other business records.
Zurk Biz provides software tools for managing records. You remain responsible for reviewing your business records and maintaining any additional records required for your business.
5. Tax, GST and Accounting
Zurk Biz is a business record-management and billing tool. Unless expressly stated otherwise, it does not provide legal, tax, accounting or financial advice.
You are responsible for determining and meeting your own GST, tax, accounting, invoicing and regulatory obligations.
You should verify important financial and tax information with an appropriately qualified professional where necessary.
6. Subscription and Fees
Access to some or all Zurk Biz services may require an active paid subscription.
Available plans, subscription periods, prices and included features will be displayed through Zurk Biz or its official purchase interface.
Prices may change for future subscription periods. Any applicable price will be shown before a new purchase or renewal is completed.
When a subscription expires, access to subscription-protected features may be restricted until the subscription is renewed.
7. Payments
Subscription payments may be processed through Razorpay or another authorized payment provider.
Payment processing may therefore also be subject to the payment provider's applicable terms and policies.
A subscription is considered successfully paid only after the payment has been successfully verified or otherwise approved through the applicable payment process.
Failed, cancelled, reversed, disputed or unverified payments may not activate or may affect the associated subscription.
8. Refunds and Cancellations
Refund eligibility, where applicable, depends on the circumstances of the payment, applicable law and the nature of the request.
Users may contact Zurk regarding payment or subscription issues at contact@zurk.in.
Cancelling or discontinuing use of Zurk Biz does not automatically create a right to a refund for a subscription period that has already been purchased, except where required by applicable law or expressly agreed otherwise.
9. Staff Accounts and Permissions
Business owners may be able to create staff accounts and assign roles or permissions.
The business owner or authorized administrator is responsible for deciding which staff members receive access and what permissions they are given.
Users must not attempt to bypass access controls or access another business's information without authorization.
10. Acceptable Use
You must not use Zurk Biz to:
- Violate applicable law.
- Access another user's or business's account without authorization.
- Attempt to bypass authentication, subscription or permission controls.
- Upload or distribute malicious code.
- Attack, disrupt or interfere with the service or its infrastructure.
- Use the service for fraudulent or intentionally deceptive activity.
- Probe or exploit security vulnerabilities without authorization.
- Misuse other users' or third parties' personal information.
11. Account Suspension or Restriction
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect Zurk Biz, its users or its infrastructure, including in cases of suspected unauthorized access, fraud, security abuse, serious violation of these terms or non-payment of required subscription fees.
Where appropriate, access may be restored after the underlying issue has been resolved.
12. Account Deletion
Account owners may request deletion of their Zurk Biz account through the deletion methods made available by Zurk Biz.
Account deletion may permanently remove access to business information stored under the account.
Certain information may be retained when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, transaction records or compliance with applicable legal obligations.
13. Service Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service, but uninterrupted or error-free availability cannot be guaranteed.
Access may occasionally be affected by maintenance, hosting or network problems, third-party services, software updates, security incidents or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
14. Backups and Data Export
Zurk Biz may provide tools for downloading or exporting supported business records.
Users remain responsible for maintaining copies of important records where independent backup or long-term record retention is necessary for their business.
15. Intellectual Property
Zurk Biz, its software, design, branding, logos, interfaces and original service content are owned by or licensed to Zurk, except for content and business data supplied by users or third parties.
These terms do not transfer ownership of the Zurk Biz software or branding to users.
16. Third-Party Services
Zurk Biz may depend on third-party services for functions such as hosting, email delivery, payment processing and other infrastructure.
Those third-party services may operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
17. Disclaimer
Zurk Biz is provided as a software service for business management and record keeping.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that every calculation, report, third-party integration or service function will always be uninterrupted or free from errors.
Users should review important invoices, balances, reports, inventory figures and other business records before relying on them for significant business, tax or financial decisions.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Zurk will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use Zurk Biz.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions when our service, business model, technology or applicable requirements change.
The effective date shown at the top identifies the current version of these terms.
